Enclosed you will find:

·        Contact Information for the Production Team members

·        A description of who we are and some of our philosophies as a theater company

·        A description of the Lead and Ensemble roles

·        The April Rehearsal calendar (May and June can be found on our website)

·        Our CAP Code of Conduct

·        An explanation of our Volunteer Responsibilities policy (volunteering is mandatory so make sure you read this and fill out the accompanying form**!)

·        A Medical Release/Authorization form**

·        A Participation Waiver/Release and Indemnity Agreement**

·        Blank Conflict Calendars for April thru June**

Now here’s what we need you to do with all of it - READ OVER EVERYTHING (several of the pages and forms are double-sided)!  Fill out those items on the list that have a double asterisk (**) and be prepared to bring them with you to your first rehearsal.  Keep everything else so that you have it to refer to later. 

If you are planning to audition for a lead you must have your conflict calendars and paperwork turned in before you can audition! Those not auditioning for a lead must have their forms turned in to the Producer, Robin Gintner, by April 8th at the very latest.

CONFLICT CALENDARS – On the blank Conflict Calendars, please fill in 1.) the PARTICIPANT’S NAME and 2.) ANY CONFLICTS that you have with the rehearsal schedule (make sure you review May and June on the website or get copies from Robin Gintner if you don’t have a computer available).  Make sure you’ve read the Attendance Policy to understand why it’s critical that we know about your conflicts ahead of time.  All cast members must turn in their calendars even if they have no conflicts. Just write “No Conflicts” on each of the months.

There is a MANDATORY PARENT MEETING at noon, on Saturday, April 1st, at Newport Middle School.  Rehearsals will follow starting at 1pm.  Review the rehearsal calendar to see what time your rehearsal begins.
